Week one of Weight Watchers and I have lost 2.8lbs! Hubby lost 1.6, but he is super competitive and as bothered that I lost more than him. So, this week he says he is going to buckle down and watch what he eats. We shall see :)
Marathon training has been going well. Slow and steady, I get there. My friend Michelle and I are going to run the Color Run (5k in Nov) together and Honolulu Marathon (Dec) together.
It is awesome to have a running partner to keep me accountable, have conversations with, and keep me motivated.
This marathon with be the first one for the both of us and we are really excited about it. So, hopefully we can remember our goal of completing a marathon on our long runs.
