Here's the thing. I LOVE to bake. I also love making garnishes and bite-size entrées, but that is off topic. Inevitably, when baking goodies, most conventional recipes use refined white flours. As a rule, I try to taste everything I make before anyone else to avoid the sometimes unavoidable bad recipe from ruining someones faith in my baked goods. Sometimes this 'tasting' turns into a binge. For the first 24 years of my life I have not cared about this fact. As I get older, I'm starting to look deep into my personal habits in order to figure out what I can do now to live better tomorrow.
