Well, I survived the first 10 days! :)
So, did I see any results? Yes.
I did lose 6.4 lbs and a total of 5 inches (the most being at my waist).
I was a little frustrated that I didn't lose anything on my arms or hips but it is just the first 10 days and I did lose 6.4lbs. That is pretty impressive.
Metamorphosis consists of two workouts: cardio dance and muscular structure.
As you know, I only did the dance cardio for 3-4 workouts before my knees started to really bother me. I have bursitis in both of my knees and I am sure my weight played a factor in my joint soreness. So, I subbed it for the elliptical, for 30 minutes, same amount of time as the dance cardio.
I know that Tracy says that you should only do the dance cardio; but, I am not going to bust my knees up and have to take time off to heal up. Listen to your body, it knows what it can handle. But, I do plan on trying the dance cardio again after shedding some more weight.
The muscular structure workout looks easy when you first look at it. But, then you do it and O.O !!
It hurts, it hurts, it hurts!! It is super hard even though it looks like you are doing nothing. But, apparently its working (4 inches of my waist).
The muscle exhaustion phase of the workout is the hardest for me. Which I think is the butt and thigh workout portion and it is hard! I was sweating like crazy and my butt hurt for days afterward. But, after the first few days it got better. But, I think that is the point of the workout out. It is really hard and then when it starts to get easy, it changes, and its hard all over again.
I just watched the muscular structure workout for days 11-20 - this lady is trying to kill me!! It should really be interesting tonight.
