I made it to the one month mark! Woo-whoo! This past week was really difficult for me. I don't know if I was just getting bored with it or what. But, this set of workouts I hated.
I think it had a lot to do with the lack of instruction on the moves during the muscle exhaustion part of the workout. The change in moves is so subtle that if you are not paying attention you will miss it.

For example, I would do 40 leg lifts and then the next move would be instead of having your knee pointed at the ground, I would now have to tilt my knee forward and continue to do lifts. Also, I think she should have a sound that indicates when to change moves so you don't have to be continually cranking your neck to look at the screen to see the move change. Okay now, back to business.
This past 10 days, I lost a total of 2 inches (one from my waist and one from my hips) and 2.4 lbs. I still have yet to lose any inches on my arms (which is driving me crazy) but I bet that my arms are going to be the last place the weight is going to come off. Boo!
So, for a grand total for the month is......... 12.5 inches ( 7.5 inches from my waist) and 12.6 lbs!

I can see that my waist has gotten smaller and my face has got slimmer. But, other than that, I really can't tell the difference yet.
I am still sticking with NOT doing the dance cardio and keeping up with the walking and elliptical trainer. I do plan on starting running again once my weight hits 145 lbs.
After doing Metamorphosis for a month, I am going to stop because I am getting bored with it and it is something that I am more reluctant to do than excited. I am also a little irritated about it because I watched the second month, week one workout and its the same workout except you lift your arm of the ground and balance. So, I guess I feel a little ripped off. But, I am going to take 10 days off and see if it effects my measurements (I am still going to walk, but I will add 30 minutes of elliptical trainer instead). I think I just need a little vacation from it.
