I know Erin discussed what she was doing (exercise wise) and I never really got around to it til, well, today. :)
I am currently doing Metamorphosis (cool name) by Tracy - Omnicentric (everywhere is problem)
She told us to take a before picture in our swimsuit and another one every 30 days after. Well, I am not going to blind you with a swimsuit shot. But, I do have a "before" photo for you.
It is a program that targets your smaller accessory muscles, which will give you an overall slimmer look. Also, every 10 days the program changes so you and your muscles never get bored. The 30 minute Transform workout (previous workout) is accompanied by a 30 minute cardio dance workout that is to be done with the Transform workout 6 days a week.
The program also comes with an eating plan, but I don't think I am going to follow it. I may sample some of the recipes and share any the yummy ones with you.
