This week was definitely more challenging when it came to the muscular structure workout because I had to be in a plank and do kicks from that position. Which was super ridiculously hard.
For the cardio portion I am still doing elliptical workouts mixed with walking some serious hills. Hopefully, once my weight gets down to about 150lbs, I will start running again. But, we will see....
I also lost 5.5 inches total, 2.5 inches coming from my waist! I still haven't lost any inches on my arms yet, but it will come. :)
This week's workout video also not very instructional. You had to pay very close attention to what she is doing and the angle in which her arms/hands/legs/knees are pointing. For a beginner, it can be frustrating. But, I actually prefer that she does it that way. I would get really annoyed if I had to listen to the same instructions for 10 days.
So far I am still seeing results so I know that its working!
