Happy Wednesday Everyone!
Hubby surprised me with a trip to the beach yesterday. The past few weeks have been a little hectic with EVERYTHING!
So, yesterday was a nice break.
I need to work harder on eating better. I haven't lost any weight yet but hopefully I have lost some inches with the workouts. On the working out, its been going good. I have been working out six times a week. But, I had to stop doing the dance cardio because it was just too hard on my knees. So, I replaced it with 30 minutes of cardio (elliptical or running).
